By signing up for Global Mic, you agree that any submission you make was performed by you and/or your band.  The entire band agrees to the upload.  You are completely responsible for anything that you choose to upload and/or post and therefore are responsible for any copyright laws or infringement.  Global Mic will not be responsible for any media that infringes on copyright laws. 
  2. By submitting your act or media to Global Mic you grant complete rights of that media to Global Mic and its owners.  Global Mic has the rights to display or remove this content in any way for any time period. 
  3. When you join Global Mic and/or submit content, you agree not to post anything that contains sexual nudity or racism.  Only lyrics may contain explicit and/or sexual content.
  4. Users agree not to abuse other users on Global Mic through Private Messaging, Chat Room, Personal Comments, or on film. 
  5. You agree that all personal information that you have provided is completely accurate.  You agree to allow us to display any of your personal information, other than that which is specifically stated that it will be hidden.

  7. Submission of an act does not guarantee that it will be played on Global Mic.
